Welcome. I believe the body has an innate wisdom and ability to heal itself when given the space, support, and presence it needs. The techniques I offer work in harmony with this natural intelligence, gently uncovering and releasing the root causes of pain and tension so that true, lasting healing can unfold. 

I primarily draw from Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Swedish massage, cupping and scraping to help release physical and energetic blockages—inviting the body back into a natural state of balance and flow. Each session is tailored to your individual needs in the moment.

I completed massage therapy training at California Holistic Institute in San Luis Obispo in 2015. I have continued my education by studying Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes and CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Both of these modalities work with the body to release restrictions and blockages, supporting your natural healing process. I have also gained valuable experience by working in chiropractic offices locally. I continually seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and refine my skills through ongoing education.
