What to Expect During Your Swedish Massage Session
Your session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your specific needs and any areas of concern. This helps your therapist tailor the session to your individual requirements.
Your therapist will leave the room while you undress to your comfort level and get settled on the table. You will be covered with a sheet and blanket during the massage, and your therapist will ensure your privacy is respected throughout the session.

Myofascial Release or Craniosacral Therapy may be a better choice if you prefer to remain clothed during your session.
Your therapist will use a combination of techniques, including long strokes, kneading, friction, and circular movements, to promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension. The pressure can be adjusted according to your comfort level, so communication is encouraged. The flow of the session will be smooth and continuous, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Optional cupping and/or scraping therapy may be incorporated into the session as needed. Your therapist will answer any questions you may have about these techniques.
